Vascular Lesions

Vein removal is a quick and safe treatment for broken capillaries, rosacea, telangiectasias and other superficial vascular lesions. The majority of patients find significant improvements within a few treatments.

What types of veins can be treated?
We can removal superficial vascular lesions from all areas of the body and can quickly and easily treat telangiectasia (facial veins). Rosacea is also a good candidate for vascular treatments.

How many treatments do I need?
Typically one or two treatments are more than sufficient. However, it greatly depends on the number of veins being treated, the color and the size of the veins. During your consultation we will provide you with a better estimate based on your individual situation.

What happens after the treatment?
You may experience some bruising or redness where the treatments occurred. These conditions will not persist and will fade away.

When will I see results?
Results depend on the individual but you may see results within two or six weeks of treatment. However, some individuals do not see results for upwards of eight weeks.

Will the veins reappear?
The treated veins will not reappear. However, new veins could appear but these too can be removed.
